How to create a new label batch
A checkbox selects a page for removal. Choosing the right export is as important as selecting the right pages.
Keep your original PDF
Store a separate safe copy before reviewing a batch. Exports create new files. Removing a label page does not cancel the marketplace order; it changes only the PDF page selection.
From selection to export
- Find the label through a group or search. Open the original preview and compare its page number and Order ID.
- Select the checkbox for a page you intend to remove. Do not select everything simply because it is red.
- Use “Selected for removal only” to inspect your choices and counts.
- Choose “Remaining labels PDF” to keep unchecked pages. Choose “Selected labels PDF” for a separate copy of checked pages.
- Open the downloaded PDF in a viewer. Check its page count and several first/last labels before printing.
| Example: 20 original pages, 3 selected | Result |
|---|---|
| Remaining labels PDF | 17 pages |
| Selected labels PDF | 3 pages |
| Review report PDF | Review summary, not a shipping label batch |
Unread pages
Unread pages are not silently discarded; they remain in the remaining PDF by default. Review them using the original file. If a page contains several labels, removing a page can remove all of them. That layout is outside the current one-label-per-page workflow.
Clearing and starting again
“Clear selection” clears checkboxes. “New PDF / Reset” or reloading the page can discard unsaved review work. Save needed reports before loading another batch. PDF and CSV exports may contain private customer information; store them safely.
If a batch is wrong, start again from the original PDF. If the issue repeats, describe it through Contact.
