Try the label checker

Run a real 12-page sample PDF through the same extraction, grouping and reporting workflow used by the full tool.

Expected sample: 12 labels · 2 repeated-name groups · 2 repeated-address groups · 2 state–PIN mismatches · 1 missing PIN · 1 unknown state. The three red PIN alerts combine mismatches and invalid/missing format. These examples are not shipping instructions.

This demo uses only the built-in fictional sample. Run it to review groups, inspect original pages and export sample reports.
State–PIN rules and limitations

Main prefix bands for all 28 Indian states and 8 union territories are included. Checks cover six-digit PIN format and the state read from the delivery address. Shared bands cannot confirm the exact state. This is not a complete directory of active PINs. Red alerts require review and are not proof of fraud. Rule reference: Postal Training Centre Mysuru, PA Induction Ready Reckoner; includes territory and shared-prefix exceptions. Rule version: 26 October 2026.

Examples: Rajasthan + 110001 → red alert; Rajasthan + 341513 → main band match. Uttar Pradesh/Uttarakhand and Bihar/Jharkhand share broad bands. An unidentified state is not automatically marked as a mismatch.

PIN grouping uses all six digits. Main state band screening does not verify active PINs, locality or customer history.
