Open email appThis button opens your device’s email app. You can review and edit the message before sending it. This page has no contact form or file upload.
What to include
- The step that failed: reading a PDF, exporting a report or logging in.
- Your device, browser and the error message.
- If needed, a screenshot with customer names, addresses, phone numbers, barcodes and Order IDs hidden.
Do not email passwords, recovery codes, OTPs or complete customer PDFs. Start with a description of the problem. If an example is necessary, use fictional information or a copy with private details removed.
Account data requests
You can request information, corrections or deletion by emailing the same address. Include your account email, never your password. We may need additional identity confirmation to prevent disclosure to the wrong person. No fixed response time or automatic deletion service is currently promised.
Support messages are received through Gmail. Information you choose to send is processed by the site admin and email provider. Read the Privacy Policy.
